Steve Owens
With over 30 years experience in both business and project management, Steve understands the many challenges that face business and project managers today. He has worked closely with senior executives and organisations' boards in facilitating the achievement of business objectives through business projects. His accounting and business background provides him with the experience to assist clients identify, obtain and measure business benefits. He has managed both business units and large project teams. Steve is currently undertaking his PMP with the Project Management Institute. He holds current memberships in AIPM and PMI. Steve has also been a member of the Australian Standards IT Governance Committee.
Susan Owens
Building on her unique teaching methods developed in the private education sector for the past 10 years Susan has worked with organisations in a broad range of industries including Financial Services, IT, FMCG, manufacturing and Construction. Susan specializes in assisting organisations develop and implement Organisational Change strategies that ensure the greatest business benefits are obtained from the business projects being undertaken. Susan has an MBA(AGSM),a Diploma Of Project Management and a Bachelor of Education. She holds a current membership in AIPM and CMI (Change Management Institute). Susan has also been a mentor for the Australian Graduate School of Management's Executive MBA program.
